Outgoing Youth Minister Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi has fully funded the exhumation of late music legend Prince Paul Kafeero to resolve a 20-year paternity war. A team led by AIGP Dr. Moses Byaruhanga extracted DNA samples to verify the claims of over 20 youths.
